May 11. Our esteemed author Gerald Penz gave a much-anticipated talk at the Museum of Military History (HGM) in Vienna,- an eagerly awaited lecture on a historical enterprise of the Austro-Hungarian military pilots. With his usual expertise, Penz led the interested audience through all the background and the secret preparations of the Austro-Hungarian Army that finally led to the events of February 14, 1916. In a lively discussion, the opportunity was taken to "get to the heart" of the expert and to learn even more about the Imperial and Royal Air Force.
Thanks to the hosts and the prudent technical and logistical support for this successful evening at the right place!
